Terms of Service

Commercial terms for CAXOPIA installation, memberships, persona bots and credits.
Scope
A written subscription offer defines the selected community, membership tier, persona-bot configuration, integrations, timings and exclusions.
Free installation
Standard community installation is free. Bespoke migration, unsupported integration work or custom development is identified separately and requires explicit approval before work or billing begins.
Pricing and recurring service
No paid subscription starts from the onboarding form. Automation may calculate proposed monthly terms from the submitted configuration, but the customer must receive and accept the final recurring price before activation. Memberships and persona-bot add-ons then recur at the accepted interval. AI credits are service units, not currency.
Launch timing
A standard core deployment can begin in an afternoon; this is not an unconditional completion guarantee for custom work, migration or review.
Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for members, lawful content, governance, professional review and appropriate use of AI output.
